Description: a single story house of about 400 square meters.
The circumferential porches were constructed from Ipea wood decks and their size is about 300 square meters.
There is a 5 x 18 meter swimming pool surrounded by decks.
The house is clad with Belgian clay bricks made by Vandersanden in a gray shade.
The floor was clad in oak plank parquet.
The bathroom walls were clad in whitened wooden decks.
