Description: The house was constructed in Kohav Yair on a plot one dunam in size. It is a three story house, with a basement, a ground floor with a living room, kitchen and study, and a bedroom floor with a master bedroom and three children’s bedrooms.

The second floor “floats” over the first floor, and the house is characterized by sleek geometrical lines and minimalistic design.

The external cladding combines an acrylic plaster system with Ipea wood bars for the ground floor.

Inside the house, the stairs were clad with Belgian clay bricks.
